Dispatch Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation. You'll receive tracking details via email, SMS, and WhatsApp as soon as your order ships.

Delivery timelines

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-metro / Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities: 5–7 business days

Shipping charges

  • Free delivery on all orders. No shipping fee is charged at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) COD is available across serviceable pincodes at no extra charge. We may call or send a WhatsApp message to confirm your order before dispatch, especially for first-time or high-value COD orders.

Serviceability Enter your pincode on the product page or at checkout to confirm delivery availability. Some remote pincodes may be prepaid-only or temporarily unserviceable.

Damaged or missing items If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us (WhatsApp or call +91 99242 55667, or e-mail yadavnisarg6@gmail.com) within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the product and packaging, so we can resolve it quickly.
