Cancellation Policy

Before dispatch You can cancel your order any time before it's dispatched, at no cost. Cancel via WhatsApp or call +91 99242 55667, e-mail yadavnisarg6@gmail.com, or your Order page, and any prepaid amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

After dispatch Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — you're welcome to refuse delivery or raise a return request once it arrives, following the Return & Refund Policy above.

COD orders For Cash on Delivery orders, we may confirm your order by call or WhatsApp before dispatch. Repeated cancellations or refused COD deliveries on an account or pincode may result in that account being moved to prepaid-only for future orders.
